Igor Tchumikov, Ph.D.
Dr. Tchumikov has ten years of experience in regulatory matters involving genetically engineered crops and microorganisms in the Russian Federation and Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). He was previously marketing and registration manager of GM crops and pesticides for Hoechst-Schering AgrEvo, Aventis CropScience, Bayer CropScience (Moscow). In 2004, Dr. Tchumikov became an Associate of Perseus, focusing on GM crop and microorganism regulatory affairs.
Dr. Tchumikov holds a Ph.D. in Biology/Plant Protection/Plant Virology.
