Andrew Cockburn founded Toxico-Logical Consulting Ltd. after heading-up Toxicology for nearly 40 years in Global food, pharmaceutical and crop protection industries, the latter involving both chemistry and advanced breeding/biotechnology.
He has been responsible for overseeing the commercialization of more than 20 branded products in the above sectors.
His business is focused on providing individual toxicological advice for optimizing new product development, problem solving and regulatory support and rescue. Having worked internationally, he has a wide network of experts whose advice can be called upon to help resolve diverse issues. This means that problems can be solved taking into account country variations and special needs thereby saving time, money and potential duplication. The generation of unnecessary additional data can often further complicate interpretation and lead to regulatory delays. Safety is non-negotiable and the aim of Toxico-Logical is to provide the highest quality independent advice working closely in partnership with clients.
